CGAA Basketball Options

2023-2024 Program information

Little Dribblers Basketball Clinic (Pre-K and K): $40 - Includes gym time, equipment & t-shirt 

Jr. Wolfpack (1st -2nd grade) : $125 - Includes in-house games, gym time, equipment & t-shirt. 
Practices will begin mid-November and will be twice per week at an elementary gym.
Boys: 6:30-7:30 Mondays/Wednesdays OR Tuesdays/Thursdays (possibly a 7:30-8:30 timeframe occasionally)
 Girls: 6:30-7:30 Tuesdays/Thursdays 

Rec (3rd -6th grade ): $260 - Includes: Season games, gym time, equipment & uniforms (Registration opens June 15-Sept 8)
Our rec teams play in a league organized by Woodbury Athletic Association. Practices will be twice per week, days will be dependent on coach and gym availability. Games will be on Saturdays starting November 11-February 3, with end of the season tournament on February 10-11, 2024.


$30 is collected at registration. You will receive a link to register for Rec Basketball after evaluations, which are held on Sept 14-17.

Traveling 3rd grade: $475 - Includes: 8 tournaments (including State), gym time, & equipment. (Registration Open 6/15/23-9/11/23)
Practices will be twice per week, days will be dependent on coach and gym availability. 3rd grade traveling teams play against 4th grade traveling teams in some of the tournaments.

Traveling 4th-8th grade: $575 - Includes: 10 tournaments (including State), gym time, & equipment. (Registration Open 6/15/23-9/11/23)
Practices will be twice per week, days will be dependent on coach and gym availability.

If you are in need of financial aid, please fill out the financial aid form found HERE and send to Jamie Kieffer and provide your free/reduced lunch verification. Families receiving financial aid will have additional volunteer hours to complete.

The Cottage Grove Athletic Association is involved in charitable gambling.  CGAA Main Board meetings are held on the 2nd Sunday of each month at which gambling issues are discussed.  All active members of more than 6 months have a right to vote on any gambling issues.  These meetings are held at 7064 West Point Douglas Rd. Suite 202 Cottage Grove, Minnesota 55016.

If you are a member of another sportsengine site, such as CGAA Baseball, please login with your username and password from the other site, and then click the button on the left vertical navigation bar that says join Cottage Grove Basketball Network.  You will be able to use the same password and name for all sportsengine sites.  When you go to online registration, you should already see your child's information if you have used online registration in the past with an sportsengine site.
